It depends on the package and our current wait times, both of which we’ll confirm before you commit.

A full branding project typically runs between four and ten weeks from kickoff to delivery, depending on the package, the scope, and how quickly you can review drafts at each stage. The Foundation moves the fastest. The Complete Launch takes longer because it pairs branding with a website build. Institutional brand work for health organisations is custom-quoted per project, with timelines agreed at scoping.

When you send through an enquiry, we’ll tell you where you’d sit in our current schedule and what the realistic start and end dates would look like for your project.

Branding is hard to price-shop because two logos can cost wildly different amounts and a non-designer can’t tell why. We’ve heard from clinic founders who paid $300 once, paid $3,000 a year later to fix it, and paid $9,000 the year after that to finally get something that holds. That’s the cycle good brand work breaks.

What you’re paying for when you work with us is the work that happens before the design starts. The strategic thinking that means we’re not just decorating a logo and hoping it lands. Plus deliverables you can actually use after we hand over — guidelines your team can apply, templates that work in Canva and InDesign, a brand foundation that holds up as you grow.

We’ve built and run two businesses of our own, so we know what cashflow pressure feels like from the inside. If budget is a real concern, tell us when we talk and we’ll work out the smartest first step for where you’re at. We’d rather phase a project than push you into a number that strains the business. Payment plans are available where they help.

It’s a fair question, and the honest answer is that we don’t sell a logo-only package. A logo designed without understanding your market, your patients or clients, and where the business is heading might look fine in isolation but underperforms in use. So we’ve stopped doing it.
What we do offer is three brand packages of different depths, all with the right scale of strategy baked in. The Foundation is our leanest and starts at $5,000 + GST. If that’s outside what you can invest right now, send us a message anyway – we’ll be honest about what makes sense for where you’re at.

Brand refreshes are a big part of what we do, especially for established clinics that have outgrown their original identity and for health organisations whose brand needs to stretch to hold expanded work. Tell us what’s working, what isn’t, and what the brand needs to do next, and we’ll scope from there. Refreshes are typically custom-quoted rather than fitting one of the three packages.

Yes. We’re based in Newcastle and most discovery conversations happen on a video call. We work with clinics, allied health practices, wellness businesses, and large health organisations across Australia. The work moves the same way whether you’re around the corner from us or in another state.
