Truth is, designing a logo without a strategy is a missed opportunity. We need to know about your market, customers and goals to be able to design a logo that aligns with your business. You will get strategic creative direction, which means we have a clear reason for every decision we make – from the initial moodboard right through to the final colours and fonts.
  • DIY Brand Strategy Bootcamp: Ready to commit to a full strategy but don’t yet have the budget for us to complete this for you? Our DIY Brand Strategy Bootcamp takes you through the strategy process. And the best bit? You can do it in just a weekend!

The short answer is no (what we offer is more personalised than that). Over 15 years working with clients, we’ve learned that every business is different (even if you’re in the same industry). When you come to our agency, you get a custom experience, and that means we won’t try to sell you into a package that doesn’t meet your specific needs. We work out your goals and budget, so we can tailor our service to you. You then get a quote upfront, so you know exactly what your project will cost (fill out a brief here to get the quoting process started).


Good question! It’s hard to know what branding should cost – and we get it. We’ve launched and run two small businesses ourselves, and we know the overwhelm of not knowing where to spend your money (especially with the plethora of free online resources that’s around). We get invested in our clients and helping people succeed – and that means designing a kick-ass brand only for the business to close six months later because they spent too much at start-up is utterly devastating for us. If you succeed, we succeed.

So if you’re worried about budget, have an honest conversation with us. We can work out the priorities for a successful launch and identify what can wait until you have steady cashflow. There is also the option of a payment plan if you need the works but don’t have a lump sum ready to go. This depends on a few different factors: what elements you decide to go with, our current wait times for new projects (we’ll tell you this upfront) and how responsive you are with feedback. We pride ourselves on efficiency (we la-la-love deadline), but we are also perfectionists who understand how much a branding investment means to you. That’s why we will never rush or cut corners on such an important part of your business! A full branding project from our first meeting to completion typically takes a month, but you’ll get a clearer timeline with your proposal.
