Hunter Cosmetic and Laser is a Newcastle clinic offering advanced cosmetic and laser treatments within a modern clinical environment.
The relocation of the practice into a new purpose-built clinic created the ideal opportunity to refine the brand identity and digital presence. Design Bug developed a cohesive visual system and comprehensive website designed to reflect the professionalism of the practice while supporting clear communication of treatments and services.
The Thinking
In cosmetic and aesthetic clinics, the brand experience begins well before a patient walks through the door. The identity needed to communicate professionalism, trust and quiet confidence while reflecting the refined nature of the treatments offered.
The new clinic environment provided the perfect opportunity to reassess the visual language and create a brand that felt modern, sophisticated and aligned with the premium experience of the practice.
The Identity
We developed a refined brand system centred on elegant typography and a neutral, contemporary colour palette. Subtle customisation within the letterforms introduced a sense of cohesion and distinction, while tonal greys created a calm and understated aesthetic.
The result is a brand identity that feels modern and confident, balancing clinical professionalism with a sense of warmth and approachability.
In Practice
The refreshed brand was implemented across clinic signage, printed materials and digital platforms, creating a cohesive presence throughout the new practice environment.
A comprehensive website was also developed, including an integrated online booking system to streamline patient appointments and support the clinic’s day-to-day operations.
